The 5150 Difference
The point of the rules is to protect the community, and to maintain or improve property values. In the communities we manage the rules are applied and interpreted with good faith and generosity, where neighbors cooperate on upkeep, and where buildings and communities look better and function better because of it.
What are current 5150 saying
Denise has been our property manager for so many years, I’ve lost track! I’ve been the President of our HOA Board for years – and she’s always been there for me – whenever and wherever I’ve needed her. She truly cares about the communities she manages. She is always available when you need her and you can count on her and her team at 5150 to always take care of each and every homeowner in the community to the best of their ability. Managing large, townhome communities is challenging – and Denise and her team do it with heart.
Kathleen – Board President
Acting as our Manager for the last 15 months, Sue Daigle has been invaluable to our association as we weather the storms and take care of our business. We are very impressed with the expertise of 5150 Community Management in terms of experience, dedication, knowledge, and commitment. After having negative experiences with large, multi-state management companies, having a local dedicated team for our small association has been a great advantage. The communication pipeline is open, our vendors are appreciating how smoothly things are going, we are paying bills in a new and easy streamlined manner and we feel that we have finally found the HOME we always wanted. Our direction is UPWARD and we appreciate the caring and dedication that our manager provides.

Denise Haas became our Property Manager in 2006. Since that time, Denise has consistently added value to our property, through her effective, personal management of our HOA’s needs. Her proactive style, her organizational and communication skills, and especially her follow-through and reliability, have made being on our Board of Directors a breeze instead of a chore.
The year before Denise became our manager, I was president of our HOA. That year was very challenging due to the need to deal head-on with unresolved issues. Due to ineffective property management at the time, I found it necessary to take on more and more responsibilities as the year progressed. We achieved good resolution of the issues at hand, but at a high cost to me and other Board members of many unpaid hours of time, effort and worry. In December of that year, our clubhouse flooded. Instead of the Board having to directly deal with the crisis, Denise efficiently took charge of it – and of all of our other HOA needs.
Denise acts on Board input, and achieves the perhaps difficult balance of taking care of things appropriately within the scope of her authority. Also, she has developed excellent contacts in the industry, which is an advantage for any HOA dealing with the usual wide range of issues that arise in property management. I recommend Denise without hesitation to an HOA that wants a highly capable property manager who gets the job done.
