With ten (10) years of community management experience enhanced with an extensive construction management background Denise’s level of expertise in homeowners associations is far-reaching.
Denise is a proven leader in managing associations that are facing difficult decisions and moving those associations to a stronger and more stable foundation so that the Association and the homeowners continue to prosper with their investment.

Denise has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA©) and Association Management Specialist, (AMS©) designations.
Sue Daigle, CMCA©, AMS©, PCAM©
Sue has over thirty (30) years of community management experience managing all types of associations from start-up associations with developers to commercial associations.
Working for other management firms in Colorado both as a manager and as a top-level executive, Sue has trained and developed new managers, developed and provided training programs for Board of Director education, and served as an advisor to builders for the implementation of Covenants, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations.
Sue also had the honor of developing the first Habitat for Humanity HOA community in Colorado working closely with the Board of Directors and homeowners to develop a now thriving neighborhood.
In addition to the CMCA and AMS designations, Sue has earned the PCAM designation, one of just over 2,000 in the United States.
